According to the Western Ridge bylaws, certain rules and regulations have been adopted to govern the use and maintenance of individually owned property within Western Ridge.   Article VIII, Section 1 states that an Architectual Review Board (ARB) "shall regulate the external design, appearance, use, location and maintenance of improvement and landscaping on any lot..." in Western Ridge.

Should you wish to make improvements to your property, including but not limited to, fences, storage buildings, playsets, major landscaping (such as retaining walls), an application must be submitted to the ARB.  The necessary forms for an ARB application are listed below.  All forms are necessary for your application to be considered.
