- Owners may start the clubhouse reservation process by either completing the below form or downloading the form.
ONLINE CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FORM
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Prior to submitting your online
rental form, please read all of the terms and conditions closely. If you agree with the terms and conditions, please
complete the below form and "click" I agree.
Please note that online Clubhouse
reservations are not considered final until a $100 deposit check has been received by the Clubhouse Chairperson.
By completing the below form, I agree that I have read, understand, and will comply with all Western Ridge
Owner Assocaition, Inc. Clubhouse Rules and Reservation Procedures. By not following the rules and procedures, I acknowldge
that I may forfeit my deposit and could be prohibited from using the clubhouse for a length of time to be determined by the
board. I agree maximum occupancy is limited to 50 people and that a WROA Member in good standing must be present
for the duration of the event. I agree to assume full responsbility for the conduct of event quests during the event.
I acknowledge that my rental request form is no longer valid if I fail to provide the requires $100 security deposit within
the earlier of the day prior to the event of 3 days after this form submission.
